This page lists the legal documents that apply when you use Thalovant. The documents themselves live on thalovant.com. These docs explain how the product works; if a guide and a legal document disagree, the legal document applies.
The current version of the legal documents is 2026-10-01.
Read the terms here before you sign up or buy a plan, or when the dashboard asks you to accept an update. Organisations find the data processing agreement and the subprocessor list under Businesses and Public Bodies, and the model withdrawal form is on the withdrawal information page.
Everyone

When Terms Change
Section titled “When Terms Change”When Thalovant publishes a new terms version, the dashboard asks you to accept it before you buy or change a plan. The same prompt appears the first time you sign in with Google or another provider. Accepting also confirms that you are 18 or older.
