Sign In and Account Access

Use this page when the question is about getting into your account, not changing hubs or connections.

It covers account creation, sign-in, single sign-on, email verification, password reset, authenticator codes, and recovery codes.

  • you are creating your first account;
  • you want to sign in with email, Google, or GitHub;
  • email verification is blocking the next step;
  • you forgot your password;
  • sign-in asks for an authenticator code or recovery code.
QuestionSimple answer
New to Thalovant?Create an account with a work email or available sign-in provider.
Coming from a public hub?The selected hub can stay attached to the signup flow.
Forgot password?Use the password reset flow from the sign-in page.
Asked for a code?Use your authenticator app or one saved recovery code.
Need to manage security?Open Profile after signing in.
  1. Open Create account. Use a work email and your real display name.
  2. Choose a strong password or sign-in provider. Use Google or GitHub when that option appears and fits your team.
  3. Finish email verification if prompted. Check the same email inbox used for signup.
  4. Return to the app. If you started from a public hub, continue the saved connection path.
  5. Open Profile later. Add two-step sign-in and store recovery codes before handling private setup material.

Use the same method you used to create the account:

  • email and password;
  • Google sign-in when offered;
  • GitHub sign-in when offered.

If the account was first created with email and later uses a provider with the same email address, Thalovant keeps the identity unified.

Two-step verification protects sensitive account and setup actions.

Authenticator code

Use the six-digit code from your authenticator app.

Recovery code

Use one saved recovery code when the authenticator app is unavailable.

Each recovery code works once. Store recovery codes somewhere safe outside Thalovant.
